Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

Rep Ritual offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more.

For U.S. orders under $75, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Made to Order

Rep Ritual products are made to order. Your item is produced after your order is placed, so production time occurs before the order is handed off for shipping.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on production, destination, carrier conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Please note that estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at repritualsupport@gmail.com and include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
