Returns & Refunds

Each Rep Ritual item is made to order specifically for your purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

We will review claims for:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective
• Manufacturing issues
• Incorrect items received

If your order arrives with one of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number along with a clear photo showing the problem.

Eligible claims may qualify for a replacement or refund.
